Oscar  Díaz Hidalgo

Oscar Díaz-Hidalgo is the Chilean representative for Eco Solutions-Project USA Inc. He develops and coordinates financing solutions for investment projects in sectors such as mining and infrastructure, leveraging the company’s U.S.-based network. A Civil Industrial Engineer by training, Oscar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chile and has more than 25 years of senior professional experience.

He has extensive experience across both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, building client relationships grounded in long-term commitments. In recent years, his focus has shifted to selling and managing research, development, and innovation (R&D&I) projects. This includes everything from initial formulation and presentation for public funding to implementation, such as identifying relevant public entities and designing budgets to achieve desired outcomes. For more than five years, he has worked in entrepreneurship, evaluating and monitoring innovation projects to help companies establish themselves.
